- Your child’s name and date of birth (or expected due date if you’re expecting).
- Your preferred start date.
- The days or sessions you are interested in.
- Your name and contact details.
- Any additional information you’d like us to know.
If you haven’t yet been to one of our show-arounds but know you’d like to secure a place, we’re happy to begin the enrolment process. However, we always encourage families to visit us first whenever possible, so you can explore our setting, meet our team, and feel confident that Roots for Life is the right fit for your child.
Once we’ve heard from you, a member of our team will be in touch to answer any questions and guide you through the next steps.
