I cannot recommend Roots highly enough. They ensured my daughter had a smooth transition and clearly have children at the heart of everything they do. She is thriving and loves talking about the friends she has made and the activities she has done each day. The communication is second to none with regular photos and app updates. The monthly baking days, celebrations and weekly topics are brilliant and ensure children are well prepared for Primary School.

Amazing teachers, great communication between the school and parents, my son absolutely loves it and has made so many friends, he always looks forward to going in every day.

My daughter started at Roots for Life in the autumn. Cassie, Charlotte and the team were brilliant in helping Mia settle quickly and happily into life at Roots. Mia loves the activities and sense of fun laid on by the staff. She has grown in confidence and ability since starting at Roots. I recommend Roots for Life wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a kind and fun pre-school in Thame.

I cannot recommend Roots for Life enough! Phoebe started in October 2020 when things weren’t quite as we would have imagined but Cassie, Charlotte and all the team have made Phoebe so welcome and really took cake of her on the days she was a little nervous going in. Phoebe loves going to nursery and always talks about how much fun she has with all the different activities put on by the staff. Thank you!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Roots for Life, which has the most wonderful staff who truly care about the children and go above and beyond to ensure their happiness. My daughter joined straight after her 2nd birthday and very quickly settled in thanks to the welcoming environment filled with fun learning opportunities. She is so happy when it's a 'Roots day'. The owner is hands-on, makes a conscious effort to get to know all the children and their families and communicates effectively with parents. l have found all the staff to be kind, caring, approachable and professional. My son Jacob has been attending Roots since Sept 2019. Cassie and the team of amazing teachers have been wonderful at supporting him through various challenges, including becoming a big brother. During lockdown, Cassie has been sending us learning packs which have been so helpful to keep our 3 year old entertained and we just can’t wait to get back to see everyone. I would highly recommend Roots to any parent looking for the right place for their child!

My son Theo has had the most amazing time this last year at roots for life!! Always excited to go to school never a complaint to hear from me or Theo! It’s really sad that Theo’s time here was cut short due to Covid 19 as he was gaining so much confidence from attending this nursery! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Roots for Life is an incredibly professional yet loving and caring environment for children of all ages. Cassie creates the most incredible space for children to grow and learn. At the same time she builds bonds and relationships with parents that ensure you that your child is in the safest space they can be. I would not recommend any other place for your child.

The new owner, Cassie is very well-known to me. She is creative, innovative and your children will be in good hands at her school. She ran a highly successful after- care facility, before her husband was offered a job in England. l would send my children to her school in a heartbeat, if l was close by!

Our daughter Heidi started Roots Pre School in Sept 2023. After looking around four different pre schools for her when we came across Roots we instantly knew it was the one for us. This was the first time we had left our daughter with anyone other than immediate family, so it's safe to say we were very nervous and so was she. Cassie and all of the teachers, made her feel so welcome and looked after her so well. As well as doing this they kept in contact with us, sending us lots of photos and messages and Cassie even came out to the car park to let us know she was absolutely fine. Heidi absolutely loves going to Roots and we feel so lucky to have come across it. We don't live in Thame yet making the drive from Chinnor is absolutely worth it for us. Our daughter talks about all of her friends ( mostly the teachers ) all of the time. We get to see pictures of what they've been up to throughout the day, if theres ever been a worry or Heidi has found things abit hard ( mainly after the holidays ) the teachers go above and beyond to help her through it, the communication between Roots and us is amazing. We really couldn't ask for more. We have recommended Roots to all of our friends and have quite a few friends joining Heidi soon.

The progress my daughter has made since being at nursery is absolutely incredible. She is so happy to be there with all her peers and the fabulous teachers. She is learning key life skills and loves getting involved with all they are learning. I couldn’t be happier and I don’t think she could be. I would highly recommend Roots for Life to anyone looking to send their child to nursery.
