⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Roots is a 5 Star Pre School if I could give it more I would!

Our daughter joined Roots in Sept 2023, after I spent time looking around lots of pre schools for her. Nothing came close to Roots, we don't even live in Thame but making the drive from Chinnor was totally worth it.

I had never left Heidi with anybody other than immediate family and so this was a huge step for me, full of emotions. Cassie and the Roots staff go above and beyond not only for the children but they really look after the parents too and their needs, as leaving your little ones somewhere without you and putting trust into strangers is a big deal. They spent time getting to know Heidi on a personal level and within a short period of time they knew her inside out. Her first few reports done by Charlotte, I felt like I could have written it myself it was that accurate.

The communication, the fun, the celebrations, the kindness, the activities, warm welcomes in the mornings , the small details, absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. Cassie and her team are just amazing and work so hard together to make Roots what it is today. You can tell all the staff absolutely idolise the children and vice versa.

Heidi has come such a long way since joining Roots. They've got her ready to start school in Sept and given her such a great start in her education and for that I will be forever greatful.
It has been very hard saying goodbye today as Heidi has absolutely loved her time there and made some lovely friends for life. Roots will always be special to us.

We tell all our family and friends about Roots and will continue to do so. We can't wait for our youngest to join next year with her cousin.
